You could say it's a staff position as it does come with powers but you must not abuse. Being the community leader you will listen to the community contact staff about problems hold vote for new things that the community wishes to be added. But there are rules  -Don't abuse as it will result in you can never get community leader again. -Listen to the community and higher up staff. {Admin and up don't listen to that T-Mod as your above them.} -Respect users -You will be given access to the forums DON'T ABUSE [Perma ban may come your way for messing with the forums] And the rest you most likely can fill in yourself. You must understand once your week has past you must be voted in again if not your Community Leader position will be revoke till you get voted in again or you abuse then no chance.[/size][/color][/b]
